We managed to keep the hotel prices until August 31 as follows:

All participants will be placed in one hotel,  Rotana Hazmieh Hotel

-         Price for one person in a single Deluxe bedroom for one night = $ 110

-         Price for one person in a double Deluxe bedroom for one night = $69

-         Extra bed in the double bedroom = $35 per night

The prices include TVA and Breakfast

Rotana Hazmieh Hotel is a 4 star hotel

IMALB will provide lunch & at least 2 dinners

·        These prices will be valid for the persons who booked and paid the $100 guarantee

·        These prices are valid until August 31, 2010.

·        Persons who still have not paid can pay $100 via Western Union to Dr. Fouad Youness Rifai , and please email us the MTCN number

·        Payments or reservations after August 31 , will be considered “Upon Request” Hurry up and book to avoid higher prices or no rooms availability.

·        Full payment upon arrival is for persons who have not paid yet.

·        Please advise Flight Details (arrival date , arrival time, departure date, departure time, Airlines)

·        Reminder 1: IMALB will bear the expenses of : transportation, 3 accommodations nights + 5 days lunch + 2 Gala Dinners for 2 members from each IMA country.

·        Reminder 2: Registration is Free.

·        A detailed schedule of social program, site seeing programs and other activities with the prices will be communicated to you soon.
