Kindly make the necessary TRAVEL arrangements and VISA requirements for this purpose and inform the organizers ASAP. The organizers will FACILITATE your VISA applications.

SIGHT SEEING and special programs have been arranged for the families and accompanying persons. SIMA requires exact number of delegates with their arrival dates and duration of stay as soon as possible so that the arrangements could be finalized.

VISA AND ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS

Regarding VISA arrangement, SIMA can arrange a visa if applied through their courtesy and they will arrange a counter visa for the participants. The delegates must bring a colored photo copy of their passports and a recent color passport sized photograph

Sudan Islamic medical association (SIMA)-an active member of the Federation of Islamic Medical Association (FIMA) - is planning and organizing the next FIMA conference on Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and medical relief in disaster situations, Khartoum Sudan, on the 15th to the 16th of august 2009.
